We were smokers too – that’s why we understand!

As lifelong smokers ourselves, we understand the love/hate relationship with cigarettes and how difficult it is to quit smoking. Any pleasure we get from smoking is offset by knowing how bad it is for our health (and the health of those around us!), how much it costs us, and the decreasing number of places that smoking is welcome. Managing director: Meet Thomas Tyson, the Managing Director of Viking E-cigs. After traveling the world, Tom settled down and found his calling in the vape industry. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Tom has worked in all aspects of the business – from manufacturing and product development to marketing and purchasing. As the Managing Director, Tom’s focus is on providing the best possible customer service and ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. He takes pride in his work and is passionate about delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. With Tom at the helm, Viking E-cigs is in good hands, and customers can be confident that they are in the best possible care.

Wholesale Manager: Meet Joshua Richardson, the Wholesale Manager at Viking Ecigs. With over a year of experience in the company, Joshua is a sales fanatic who is passionate about providing the best service to his trade customers. Having been a heavy smoker himself, Joshua turned to vaping in 2017 and immediately experienced the health benefits. This personal experience has made him a strong advocate for vaping and he is always up to date with the latest products and trends in the industry. Aside from his role as Wholesale Manager, Joshua is also involved in marketing and retail customer service.

He is committed to ensuring that all customers, whether they are trade or retail, receive the highest level of service and have access to the latest information on products and vaping in general. With his dedication, expertise and passion for the industry, Joshua is a valuable member of the Viking Ecigs team, and customers can always count on him for reliable and professional assistance.

Production Manager: Meet Adam Robins, the Lab Manager at Viking e-cigs. Adam initially joined the company in 2020 as a Junior Lab Technician and quickly proved himself to be a skilled and knowledgeable member of the team. Over the course of three years in the lab, he learned everything there is to know about manufacturing e-liquid, from mixing and bottling to labelling and material ordering.

Thanks to his dedication and expertise, Adam was recently promoted to the role of Lab Manager. In this position, he is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured e-liquid is perfect for Viking e-cigs customers. Adam has an eagle eye for detail and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency in all of his work.

Whether he is supervising the production line, testing new flavors, or managing inventory, Adam brings a level of professionalism and precision to his work that is second to none. He is always looking for ways to improve processes and streamline operations to better serve the needs of customers.

Adam’s passion for the e-liquid industry and his commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of the Viking e-cigs team. Customers can rest assured that every bottle of e-liquid produced under his watchful eye meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.

Warehouse Manager: Meet Tom Pinnington, Tom has been an essential member of the Viking E-Cigs team for over 10 years, serving as our esteemed Warehouse Manager. His responsibilities include packing all of our wholesale and retail orders with meticulous care, ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers. In addition, Tom is also in charge of managing our stock inventory, a task he has undertaken with great efficiency and accuracy.

Tom’s role at Viking E-Cigs is a crucial one, and he has proven time and time again that he is more than capable of handling the demands of the job. His extensive experience in the field, coupled with his exceptional work ethic and attention to detail, has made him an invaluable asset to our company.

We hold Tom in the highest regard and appreciate the dedication and commitment he brings to his work. His contributions have helped us maintain our reputation for excellence in the industry, and we are grateful to have him on our team.

Manufacturing Brilliance

We specialise in producing high-quality products and providing exceptional services in the field of manufacturing. We also offer bottling services and white label projects, allowing us to meet our clients’ needs comprehensively and establish long-term partnerships. All of our products are made locally in the UK.

Each batch of products leaving our facility is associated with a sample that we keep for at least two years, ensuring that we can conduct future tests as needed. We maintain complete traceability for every bottle, from its manufacturing date and machine to the ingredients used in the nicotine, flavoring, PG, and VG batches. We can even trace the nicotine batch back to its source using the batch that matches the ingredients in each bottle.

All e-liquids are manufactured in a cutting-edge cleanroom, which is a specialized facility designed specifically for producing e-liquids. 

We work closely we experienced mixologists that develop and manufacture flavors for hundreds of UK-based companies. We use pharmaceutical-grade nicotine, PG, and VG, and our flavors are food-grade quality and suitable for use in e-liquids.
